The goal is to assist in the development and implementation of local and regional tourism projects, tourism development programs, strengthening the financial, material and technical base of tourism, development of tourism infrastructure; establishing permanent relations, exchange of experience with related institutions dealing with environmental and tourism issues.

We do this by generating and disseminating information about Ukraine's tourism resources, preparing proposals for the development of tourism, resort and recreation, protecting Ukraine's tourism resources, preserving, restoring and using them, promoting tourism and facilitating its development, and implementing our own quality control systems for tourism activities.
