The goal is to promote the free and comprehensive development of the individual, participation in the preparation and adoption of decisions on state youth policy, social activation of young people, exercise and protection of rights and freedoms, and raising the level of universal human values of Ukrainian youth.

We realize this by satisfying and protecting their educational, scientific, social, political, economic, creative, age, spiritual, national and cultural, and other common interests and areas of focus, and forming a new national elite based on the principles of education, patriotism, and civic engagement.
