monitoring compliance by subordinate personnel with the HSE Rules, labor and production discipline, taking measures to prevent intra-shift downtime caused by personnel and loss of working time;

Participation in the commission for checking the knowledge of HSE rules and production instructions of the metallurgical group personnel;

introduction of modern methods of quality control of metal and welded joints;

control over the timely issuance of documentation based on the results of metal and welded joints inspection.
