The program "Leaders of the New Generation" is aimed at social activation of young people in order to protect their rights and freedoms, support and develop innovative ideas of citizens, raise the level of universal values, promote and disseminate ideas of spiritual revival of the nation, satisfy and protect their educational, scientific, social, political, economic, creative, age, spiritual, national, cultural and other common interests and needs, form a new national elite on the principles of education, patriotism, civic engagement, and

The program is aimed at:

• to reveal the main opportunities for youth interaction through their unification and communication;
• studying the structure and work of government agencies in Ukraine and the world and the prospects for cooperation with them through the creation of joint projects and events;
• studying the experience of countries that have achieved the highest level of economic, political, cultural, social, environmental, and medical development;
• Participation in specially designed role-playing games and trainings that develop, discover and form "leadership skills", allow for a better understanding of interstate relations, the system of interaction and cooperation between governmental and non-governmental, commercial structures, public organizations, and the media.

The acquired knowledge is systematized, comparative characteristics are made, and the best management traditions and experience are adopted for further use in building our own worldview and visions, and developing strategic changes.

Upon completion of the training, the program participants create and implement their own national and international projects and programs on the basis of and with the support of the Ukrainian Alliance NGO.
